T-Pro equally supports external service providers, where documents can either be printed or processed by a third-party provider while controlling the entire process remotely.

With T-Pro Connect, not only you can send correspondence to GPs electronically, but also have the option of sending correspondence to patients directly from within the T-Pro platform. Once a letter is signed off by the clinician, the patient is sent a notification via email or SMS, containing a secure link and one-time access token to view their correspondence on the T-Pro portal.
