Ben Jeeves, T-Pro’s Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and Clinical Safety Officer (CSO), has built his career at the intersection of clinical practice and digital transformation.
His journey into digital health began within the NHS, where a service redesign project revealed how the right digital approach could solve complex clinical challenges. It was there that Ben saw how safety, usability, and clinical insight must come together for innovation to truly succeed.
Previously, as Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer (ACCIO) at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT), Ben led key initiatives in engagement, benefits realisation, and governance — proving that when these disciplines align, real transformation follows.
Now at T-Pro, he brings that same philosophy to life, ensuring clinicians are not just end-users of technology but active partners in shaping it. His leadership continues to strengthen our clinician network and reinforces a culture where technology always serves care — never the other way around.

Our Fellowship Programme offers clinicians a unique, fixed 12-month, part-time opportunity to step beyond the clinic into digital innovation. This is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to develop future clinical leaders in AI and healthcare transformation.
As a Fellow, you will:
✔️ Experience the full AI product lifecycle, from concept to real-world deployment — gaining a complete understanding of how safe, scalable innovation is built.
✔️ Work alongside T-Pro’s AI, product, clinical safety, governance, and leadership teams — seeing how multidisciplinary collaboration turns clinical insight into practical technology.
✔️ Contribute to the development of live AI solutions already improving workflows and patient experiences — making your input part of something used in care today, not years from now.
